HOW DO YOU SHIP?

Our shipments go out 3 times a week, which means that all confirmed orders will be sent within two business days at the latest.

We do not ship on weekends or Spanish bank holidays. 

 

Depending on the product(s) you order and the destination country, you have one or more shipping options, all of which require signature on delivery.

 

NATIONAL DELIVERIES ( TO SPAIN + ISLANDS and ANDORRA):

 

Courier: CORREOS (signature on delivery)

Delivery time: 3 working days

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link that you can follow to determine where your package is at any given time.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (TO EUROPE):

 

Standard courier: CORREOS (signature on delivery)

Delivery time:  2 to 4 working days (depending on the destination country)

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a link that you can follow to determine where you package is at any given time.

 

Economical courier: PACKLINK (signature on delivery)

Delivery time:  6 to 10 business days (depending on the destination country)

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number, which you can use to contact customer service for information on where your package is at any given time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (TO OUT OF EUROPE):

Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days (depending on the destination country)

Some destination countries have two options of shipping (economic or fast); others just have one (standard).

The following costs are for a single shipment. Save money: each shipment can contain up to 3 decals or 4 garments!

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, shipping costs do not include the customs duties which must be paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered. Click here for further details.

If you don’t find your country on the list during the checkout process, write to us at mail@bumoon.com and we will promptly complete your order by email. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Of course you can!

 

Once the shipment has been delivered, you have 14 days in which to exchange or return your purchase. Before returning a product, you will need to contact Customer Service to explain the details of your situation.

 

If you wish to return a product because it is defective or not what you ordered, we will quickly arrange for it to be returned. If you would like to have the product replaced, we will cover all additional shipping costs, and if you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund.

 

If there is no problem with the product and you have simply changed your mind, you can always exchange it or request a refund, but you will need to cover the shipping costs of returning and, if applicable, resending the product.

IS THE PAYMENT SYSTEM SECURE?

Bumoon® uses the PayPal secure payment system, which conforms to the international PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

You can pay in one of two ways:

  • -By credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • -Via your PayPal account

Both systems are secure and confidential, and we do not have access to or keep records of any details about the credit/debit card used to make your purchase.

 

Payment details are directly managed by PayPal, which notifies us when the funds are received and sends you payment confirmation by email. 

As soon as we are notified that payment has been received, we will email you an order confirmation along with your receipt (if you choose the “receive receipt by email” option during checkout).

If you choose to receive the receipt by post, it will arrive with your shipment.

 

If the issuing financial institution does not approve the payment, your order will automatically be cancelled and we will notify you of the cancellation.

IS MY PRIVACY GUARANTEED?

All personal information you share with us will be used solely for the purpose of shipping your product(s) and issuing your purchase receipt. 

We will never share this information with third parties, and we guarantee that all personal data we receive will be kept confidential and saved for our business records.
