The wall decals made by Bumoon® are interior decoration products, not toys, and children under the age of three must not handle them without adult supervision.
Bumoon® accepts no liability for improper use of the products sold via its website. Please bear in mind that the adhesive properties of the wall decals depend on the condition of the wall and its paint; therefore, Bumoon® cannot be held liable if its products do not adhere when applied to an unsuitable surface or if the paint is altered or damaged when decals are removed.
Please bear in mind that the colours of the products you see on your computer screen will depend on your monitor, screen settings and resolution, and we therefore cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will match a product’s actual colour.
Bumoon® will always indicate whether or not a product is in stock on its website, which is constantly being updated. If a product is temporarily not in stock and you would like to know when it will become available, please write to us at email@example.com

TERMS OF SALE
The prices appearing in the product descriptions on the www.bumoon.comwebsite are always given in euros and may be modified at any time.
These prices do not include shipping costs, which depend on the destination country and are added to the total price of the selected products during the checkout process. For further information on shipping costs, please see the shipping FAQs.
Special offers are valid until the specified date while stocks last.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, please remember that shipping costs do not include the customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient when the parcel is delivered.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, Bumoon® does not cover the cost of any specific taxes payable in the destination country. The amount of these taxes or duties will vary depending on the import/export laws of each country, and it is your responsibility to be informed of them and of all formalities required to deliver the order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Once a product has been delivered, you have 14 days in which to exchange or return your purchase.
In order to return a product, you must first contact our Customer Service, indicating the order reference number in your message. Bumoon® will not accept any products returned without prior notification.
You may return products and request a refund as long as the purchased item is returned to Bumoon® in perfect condition and has not been handled in any way, except for opening the package. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Bumoon® always refunds the value of the purchased item less the shipping costs.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs if you choose to return an item. Bumoon® will not accept any COD shipments.
You may exchange one purchased item for another, as long as the item is returned to Bumoon® in perfect condition and has not been handled in any way, except for opening the package. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
You may exchange the item for any other available item of equal or greater value. In the latter case, you will be required to pay the difference.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs if you choose to exchange an item. Bumoon® will not accept any COD shipments.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact our after-sales service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order reference number in your message.
Bumoon® always refunds the value of the purchased item less the original shipping costs. Bumoon® will cover the cost of returning the defective/incorrect item and reshipping its replacement.
If you receive a product that is defective or not what you ordered, you may choose to request a refund or have the item replaced, subject to the terms described above.
All personal information you are asked to provide Bumoon® will be used solely for the purpose of shipping your product(s) and issuing your purchase receipt.
